V-Tach is defined as heart rate > 100 regular, QRS > .12sec
Stable V-Tach: (Systolic BP > 90, good mental status, minimal chest discomfort):

Unstable V-Tach: (Systolic BP ≤ 90, ALOC, chest pain, or signs of poor perfusion):

(do not delay for IV access if deteriorating);

►Versed (Midazolam) - BHO
→ If cardioversion is unsuccessful:
►Amiodarone 150 mg slow IV (over 1 minute)

Allow Amiodarone to circulate for 2 minutes
